I was privileged to be a part of the contractor-led design-build team led by Gilmore Construction.  The team including Interior Architects, The Abo Group, and RMH worked under the GSA Design Excellence program to create an innovative workspace for the Bureau of Reclamation.  The team participated in reviews with decision makers in Denver and Washington DC and used the lean construction and pull planning processes to make the project as efficient as possible. The unique waffle slab ceiling was utilized to provide modular grid workplace solutions with private offices at the interior and open workstations near the windows for light and spectacular views.
