The Fruitdale Lofts initiative involved transforming the Fruitdale School, which was designed by renowned Denver architect Temple H. Buell in 1927, into 16 rental apartments. The project was led by Hartman Ely Investments LLC, and it presented distinctive challenges due to its inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. During tenure at The Abo Group, I participated in various stages of the project including as-builts concepts, construction documents, and weekly construction meetings.
