With over 10 years of experience in architecture, I have had the privilege to work on a variety of projects including multi-family and custom residential, commercial, and government office space.  My attention to client's wishes and passion for design has allowed me to create unique and functional spaces my clients love.  I love solving problems and designing great spaces that meet the needs of the users.  With degrees in architecture and psychology, I bring a unique perspective on how our built environments affect their inhabitants.

 

I have been described as loyal, kind, and a team player whose focus is on building relationships with clients and understanding users' needs. 

 

I use Revit and Enscape to create dynamic visuals to provide a visualization of future spaces and have also taught Revit, including BIM material take-offs.  I also use Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup AutoCAD, and all MS Office products.  I am well-versed in building codes for commercial and residential projects, as well as ADA and BOMA facility standards. I am proficient in project management including the use of software such as Procore and Builder Trend.

In 2024 I launched Wood and Nails Design as a platform from which I can connect with people looking to build custom homes, and those looking to remodel their existing homes.  I also love working with builders on projects.  My grandfather was a builder who built houses all over Englewood, Colorado, my dad was a part-time carpenter and full-time mechanic, so I always feel like builders are my people.
