This project involved the removal of an existing garage and the construction of a 1,705 SF detached Accessory Dwelling Unit with a three-car garage, all designed to complement the architecture of the original 1890 residence. Thoughtful attention was given to massing, materials, and detailing to honor the character of the historic home while providing a modern, functional living space for extended family or guests.
